For an affordable flat-rate based on room size, we evaluate your room, get an understanding of what you like and don’t like and learn how you want the room to look and feel. Then we roll up our sleeves and make it happen: rearranging and reworking as needed to give your space a better foundation. We discuss paint, lighting, window treatments and flooring, as well as furniture, art and accessories. Specific info on what to get and where to put it goes into a written design plan for you to follow as your schedule and budget allow. We focus on using what you’ve got, but also on making eco-conscious decisions to finish your space. If you’d like additional help implementing your plan, an hourly rate applies.

We’ll maximize your home’s marketability quickly, easily and affordably by implementing instant decorating changes that streamline and refine your home to put your best place forward. We provide a written plan based on what you’ve got and include tips to de-clutter and clean as you go to be ready for every showing. We use existing furniture – no expensive rentals or moving crews. All for a flat-rate based on square footage.

You supply the details of what you’d like to achieve along with dimensions and photos of your space and existing furnishings. We’ll email you a presentation that includes a floor plan, recommendations for paint, lighting, window treatments and flooring, as well as art and accessory placement. Flat rate based on room size.

Interior consulting and design for projects large and small; from project planning to helping with the finishing touches. Color consulting, arranging art and accessories and shopping. Hourly rate with a two hour minimum.
